I was responsible for crafting the GTM strategy and translating the strategy into tactics for global activation across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

I held a hybrid inbound and outbound role where I worked on value proposition and messaging design for Microsoft Rewards, while also running digital and physical campaigns to drive member engagement and new member acquisition.

Partnerships: Incubated partnerships across Microsoft’s product teams. End-to-end management—from strategy and budget consulting to executing campaigns, infrastructure plumbing, and reporting on performance. Completed over ten integration pilots in FY’18.

Value Proposition: Developed and evolved MSR’s value proposition, positioning and messaging—anchoring on our product and audience truth and validating with qualitative and quantitative research.

Program Design: Received recognition as a key member in partnering with engineering to ship the Microsoft Rewards Xbox integration.

Motivational UX: Partnered with design and engineering to ship the new gamified Microsoft Rewards homepage to drive daily habit. Pitched and shipped new features like digital badging.

Emotional Loyalty: Designed experiences that drove emotional loyalty for our members. Defined KPIs. Collaborated with creative agencies to bring campaigns to life. Here is an example of fan profiling campaign.

Social Good: Scaled MSR’s social good pillar where members can donate rewards points to nonprofits. In FY’18, I ran twelve custom campaigns, driving a 290% increase in points ($) donated to nonprofits and a 307% growth in unique donors vs. FY’17.
